During the workshop, we will discuss the importance of proper warm-up and cool-down routines for optimal performance. We will go over common running injuries and guide through how to prevent injuries through proper stretching and strengthening exercises. We’ll break down  4 simple moves, to help warm your body up and exercises to add to your post run recovery session that will greatly reduce the risk your chance of injury.  No one wants to take a pause in their season or training due to an injury.  Let me help you get to your next finish line!
